Lance is a business leader with a passion for developing innovative ideas and technologies into successful, pioneering companies. Lance co-founded and developed PeopleSupport from a business plan in 1998 to a publicly traded, recognized leader in the field of BPO services. Prior to founding PeopleSupport, Lance was a co-founder of two other start-up businesses. In the wireless industry, Lance was a founder of UniSite, which was acquired by American Tower for over $200 million. In the manufacturing industry, Lance was a founder, Chairman, and President of Newcastle Group.
Earlier in his career, Lance gained management insight at three leading multi-national firms. His corporate experience included roles as a divisional Vice President at GE Capital, as Vice President in the investment-banking group of Dean Witter (now called Morgan Stanley), and as corporate planning manager of Jefferson Smurfit Corp.
Lance holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (honors list every term). He received a BS in Industrial Engineering, with Tau Beta Pi honors, from Northwestern University. Completed Director Education Program certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson Graduate School of Management.
Caroline Rook Chief Financial Officer
Caroline Rook is the Chief Financial Officer of PeopleSupport (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider. Caroline has global responsibility for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, legal, and investor relations for the company. Caroline brings 20 years of financial experience to her role at PeopleSupport. She has a proven track record of contributing to the profitability of progressive, growth-oriented corporations, and has demonstrated the ability to strategically plan and implement aggressive initiatives to grow revenues and improve profitability.
Prior to joining PeopleSupport, Caroline was Chief Financial Officer of Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM), a billion-dollar publicly traded technology company based in Little Rock, Arkansas, that integrates data, services and technology to create and deliver customer and information management solutions. Prior to Acxiom, Caroline spent eight years at Sterling Software, Inc., another billion-dollar public company now part of Computer Associates. She was Vice President of Finance for Sterling's Business Intelligence Group, and Information Management and Distributor Divisions, where she worked in England, the US, and with distributors throughout the world.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (England), and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Completed Director Education Program certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson Graduate School of Management.
Richard Bledsoe Chief Operating Officer
Richard Bledsoe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PeopleSupport, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider. Richard joined PeopleSupport in February 2007 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Business Process Solutions, and was promoted to COO in June. Richard has been instrumental in aligning PeopleSupport's services along key industry verticals, including travel, consumer, financial services, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and media services industries.
Prior to joining PeopleSupport, Richard served as Senior Vice President of SOURCECORP from September 2002 to September 2006, with responsibility for the healthcare and government verticals, as well as domestic and offshore operations. From January 2000 to August 2002, Mr. Bledsoe was Vice President of International Operations for Affiliated Computer Services, a global Fortune 500 company providing BPO and IT solutions, with responsibility for 11 offshore sites, 10,000 employees and operations in five countries. Richard was previously the European Managing Director (President) and board member of Alamo Rent a Car, with responsibility for operations in seven countries.

Bong Borja President of PeopleSupport (Philippines), Inc., and Vice President of Global Strategic Programs
Rainerio ("Bong") Borja is the President of PeopleSupport (Philippines), Inc., and Vice President, Global Strategic Programs of PeopleSupport (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, and is responsible for PeopleSupport's strategic programs and corporate development worldwide. Prior to assuming this role, Bong also headed PeopleSupport's operations in the Philippine, growing the team from a very early stage to a multi-site, world-class operation employing thousands of professionals today.
Bong has over 14 years experience managing large-scale customer service, IT support, and consulting organizations within the Asia / Pacific region. Prior to joining PeopleSupport, Bong was the Director of Professional Services and Support - Asia / Pacific, for Epicor Corporation. He was also Regional Services Director for Danka Corporation. Earlier Bong held several management positions with Unisys Corporation throughout the Asia / Pacific region for over 10 years where he was responsible for running the Asia / Pacific Training Center, the Advanced Systems Support Group, and its Regional Consulting Organization. His last position with Unisys was as Director of Services and Support, Global Customer Services. Throughout his career, Bong has successfully built and managed service businesses with high growth objectives across all phases of the development life cycle.
Bong is a Trustee and former Chairman of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P), the umbrella organization of BPO, Contact Center and IT-enabled Service Companies in the country. He is also on the board of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). Bong is also a member of the US-Asean Business Council and the Makati Business Development Council.
Bong holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from De La Salle University.
Joe Duryea Vice President of Sales
Joe Duryea is the Vice President of Sales at PeopleSupport (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, and is responsible for global sales and client services. Joe joined PeopleSupport in 2005 and has helped develop PeopleSupport's industry domain expertise for the travel, consumer, financial services, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and media services industries.
Prior to joining PeopleSupport, from October 2004 to August 2005, Joe served as Vice President of Business Development at IBM in the Business Transformation Outsourcing group, where he was responsible for business development in relation to business process outsourcing to Australia, India and the Philippines. Prior to joining IBM, from March 2001 to October 2004, Joe served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Business Development, at Transworks, Inc., an Aditya Birla company, where he was responsible for business development, sales and marketing. Joe previously held senior level sales, sales management, and marketing positions at American Express and Convergys.

From October 2000 to January 2003, Jennifer worked in Shareholder Services at Hewlett-Packard and was responsible for their employee stock programs.

Jesper Rathje Chief Accounting Officer

Earlier, Jesper held management positions with Pharmavite, a nutritional supplement manufacturer, Textron, a global multi-industry company serving aviation, aerospace and industrial markets, and Ernst & Young for 8 years.

Tim Miller Chief of Staff and Managing Director of Travel & Consumer
Tim Miller is the Chief of Staff and Managing Director of Travel & Consumer at PeopleSupport (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider. Tim is responsible for developing and leading PeopleSupport's deep domain expertise of the travel and consumer verticals and delivering high performance BPO services to global airlines, leading internet service providers and some of the largest hotel chains in the world.
From October 2004 to June 2007, Tim served as Vice President of Service Delivery and from February 2003 as Director of Operations. During this time, Tim was instrumental in building a world-class BPO operation with thousands of employees in the Philippines.
Prior to joining PeopleSupport, from May 2002 to February 2003, Tim was the Senior Project Manager, Offshore Operations at Stream International, Inc. where he was responsible for integration of its offshore operations. Prior to joining Stream, from June 2000 to February 2002, Tim was Senior Manager, Service Delivery for Excite@HOME, Inc. where he was responsible leading a virtual contact center operation.

Jim Charles Managing Director of Financial and Healthcare Services
Jim Charles is the Managing Director of Financial and Healthcare Services at PeopleSupport (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider. Jim is responsible for developing and leading PeopleSupport's deep domain and process expertise in the financial and healthcare verticals and delivering high performance BPO services to some of the largest and most demanding healthcare companies in the world. Jim joined PeopleSupport with extensive BPO and healthcare industry experience including BPO workflow, technology, process improvements and best practices.
Prior to joining PeopleSupport, Jim held several healthcare and government related senior management positions at SOURCECORP, a leading provider of BPO and related consulting services. Most recently, Jim served as East Regional Vice President of healthcare operations at SOURCECORP. From June 1999 to August 2004, Jim held various management positions with Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), specializing in healthcare related services managing business units in the United States, Ghana and Mexico, his last position with ACS was as country manager of their Ghana, West Africa operations. Prior to joining ACS, Jim was a manager for an international importing company based both in the U.S. and the Philippines. Prior to that he spent one year teaching English a second language in Taichung, Taiwan.
Jim has attended Ricks College, The College of Southern Idaho and the University of Kentucky. Jim has completed several Six Sigma and executive management courses.
Sarah Stealey Managing Director of Technology and Telecommunications
Sarah Stealey is the Managing Director of Technology and Telecommunications at PeopleSupport (NASDAQ: PSPT), a leading provider of offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) services. Sarah is responsible for developing and leading PeopleSupport's industry domain knowledge and process expertise for the technology and telecommunications industry verticals and delivering high performance BPO services to software, internet, VoIP and other technology and telecom providers. Sarah is a veteran of PeopleSupport, having joined in 1998 and played an influential role in the company's early development and success.
Most recently Sarah served as Vice President for Client Services where she was responsible for overall client satisfaction, increasing current client revenue generation, and strengthening PeopleSupport's relationships with major clients. During her tenure with PeopleSupport, Sarah has been responsible for the global client services team and lead generation.
From 2001 to 2003, Sarah joined Genuity to pursue a National Account Executive role and returned to PeopleSupport in 2003. Prior to PeopleSupport, Sarah handled operations and vendor relations for fulfillment, contact centers, e-commerce and back-office through her positions as Manager of Direct Marketing Operations for MGM Studios and Marketing Operations Manager for American Television Time.
Sarah is a COPC Registered Coordinator and earned her MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine University. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
